Sean Hooper is a VFX Supervisor with a strong background in 3d and 2d. 

I come from a background in Fine Arts with over 17 years experience in Visual Effects for Advertising, Movies, TV, Interactive and Experiential.  I started out as a CG artist developing photo real cars for global ad campaigns.  From there moving into compositing and developing my eye for the photo real, rising to become a VFX Supervisor and then Creative Director.  

When at Mind Over Eye, I combined my Executive Producer and VFX Supervisor skills to head up the VFX department.  I developed Mind Over Eye from a Tier 2 facility to consistently creating world class work for Movies, TV, Advertising, Interactive, and Experiential projects.  In addition to developing the methodology of the projects and ensuring quality, I also maintained the VFX department profitability by working with creatives to achieve their vision while staying within the operational budgets.  Bidding every VFX project and staying on top of software/hardware needs allowed me to have complete oversight in ensuring the VFX department's longevity.
